Arrived very quickly, with item just as described. No problems, will use them again

Bought the item as a Christmas present so I havent used them yet but delivery was fast and very efficient. Previous items I have bought from this store have been fantastic so i'm sure these headphones will be upto standard also.

I purchased a Musical Fidelity V-Can amp listed as 'B' stock i.e box opened. Delivery was very quick. Item was fully boxed and in perfect condition. No problems.

I'm running it with Sennhieser 580 headphones and QED performance interconnects. What HiFi thought this amp was harsh. My setup gives a lovely sound. It sounds like expensive HIFi. Don't be misled by the simple external appearance,

It's been about three weeks since I received my earphones and all has worked fantastic. I have other headphones bookmarked as I wish to purchase them when I have the money - good one not the cheap kind this time and I am going to buy them from iHeadphones when I can.

I have used iheadphones.co.uk on many occations and once again what they provide is a very good service. They contacted me by e-mail with information about there bedphones. I just happened to be thinking about getting a new pair of ear phones for my night listening. I ordered the new bedphones and received the goods very quickly. I have been using them every night since I received them. I no longer wake up in the morning with sore ears, the sound quality is great and they are even useful for some daytime listening. Although in heavy trafic there are problems in hearing the sound clearly. The bedphones were not manufactured for that type of listening so they do the job they are supposed too do and very very well.

I found the company website via Google and was immediately impressed by the quantity and quality of their stocklist. I had been recommended Beyer Dynamics headphones by a high end hi-fi retailer and I am not disappointed. The reproduction of all my favourite types of music is magnificent - detailed and extremely well balanced - very exciting but untiring. iheadphones responded swiftly to my online order and I received my headphones the next day. I cannot fault the service and it is comforting to know that the service continues after sales.

I contacted customer support after a pair of headphones I received stopped working (model was probably fragile, no fault of iHeadphones).. The problematic set got replaced immediately, and throughout the process I received clear, prompt updates/responses from the iHeadphones team.. Would 100% buy from them again.

I recently purchased a pair of headphones from iHeadphones. For me it was a fairly expensive purchase. A few weeks after purchasing them they developed a fault. This was a manufacturing issue and in no way related to iHeadphones. I contacted them and they helped me through the returns form in order to help send them back. Shortly after dispatching them I received emails updating me as to the status of my return. I was then happy to receive an email informing me that they had sent a package out to me and the very next day a brand new pair of headphones arrived at my house. There was no quibbling, no hassle and no stress. I have since recommended iHeadphones to several friends who have gone on to cancel orders with other companies in order to give iHeadphones their business

I had to return a pair of headphones for replacement and I found them to be extremely helpful and efficient. They answered emails almost instantly and arranged for a replacement within hours of receiving my request. I would definitely use them again for any future purchases.

I've brought several items from iHeadphones.co.uk and unfortunately, due to faulty manufacture, I've had to return some of them.

On both occasions iHeadphones have been prompt, curteous and understanding with my returns. Processing the new orders quickly and efficiently and offering alternative products when nessecary.

This combined with the largest selection of headphones I think I've ever seen and good prices means I will always recommend their site and do so frequently to friends.

Lots of options, but could use more photo views of the headphones. Especially for the collapsable/foldable ones.

Arrived within 2 days, well packaged and the cheapest price I found online, would definitely recommend.

Received headphones very promptly! I have tried them on and they seem fine but as I only want them for holidays, they will not be used immediately.

I chose iheadphones a few years ago to order several headphones for work and was very impressed, even when having to swap one pair because they weren't ideal for monitoring applications. I came back to them this year to buy a pair of Westone 4's for my iPhone and some sound magic pl50's for the wife.
