Excellent service
Excellent service. I had a locking mechanism that wouldn't let you close the door and be able to remove the key - something was jammed inside. Contacting IKS was very easy, and I was able to send photos and a description of the problem via WhatsApp. Quick response to my initial message. Arrranging a time to visit was easily done. IKS were able to arrive earlier than originally scheduled. Within a short time of arrival, the faulty lock had been replaced and the door reset on its adjustable hinges. The whole repair process was professionally done, took less time and cost less than originally estimated. Based on my experience, I would definitely recommend.
