Items took over 2 weeks to come. No communication. Had to raise PayPal dispute just so I could hear from them. All of a sudden tracking details are provided and then arrives in 2 days. Items was damaged. Seller refusing refund!

I ordered the facial mask, wash and serum. And oh the amazing toothpaste!! I must admit I’m not the type to give reviews on products I buy but these products are too great!!!! My face was clean with just one wash. It’s been 2 weeks of consistent usage and my dark spots have cleared and skin feels soft . The toothpaste causes some mess but it’s worth it. My teeth is white and sparkly. Your products are amazing!!!

I received all the confirmation/ tracking emails and a email personally from this beautiful family giving thanks for my support 💛The colloidal silver with copper spray and face serum is magical! Within a week or so all the little bumps and pimples cleared up, pigmentation is becoming more even and my face looks healthy and glowing!! A massive difference from my dull winter skin the week before. The toothpaste is amazing and leave my teeth and gums feeling sparkly clean, aswell as my pineal gland free from fluoride. It is a winner! A little messy at first but you soon get the hang of it.

Since discovering this brand last summer, my skin has been its very best. Its clean and rejuvenated and I feel the amazing wonders this brand does for the skin. Wow love love love. I Illuminate myself and my skin.

I ordered the cleanser and Turmeric clay mask, I can't fault the cleanser, I love it, the mask however stained my bed sheets, I messaged the business and explained what had happened, I then sent a pic of my pillow case which was completely ignored.. Very unprofessional for a small business.

I literally used my macha face clay today and facial toner/ mist spray this morning before school run and work.
I been excited to receive and start using the products I purchased.
I do t leave reviews ever so I'm going to say this I was very impressed for the 1x I have used this!!
I have visible open pores which annoys me but using this I saw a difference straight away, my pores instantly shrank after I washed it off.
Not to forget the cleanser/mist spray!!! It smells so damn good!!
I left my house feeling refreshed not to mention everytime I looked around I could smell something, it was my face!! Lool

I made this purchase as a gift, so cannot review the items themselves. I will say however that I’m very happy with the customer service and handling of my order. The items were well packaged and delivered in a timely manner and I received a very nice email from the owners offering further help should I need it. Great experience!

Love the toothbrush and the charcoal paste! Can see the difference already as I’ve been using it over a week now! Will definitely order more!

Very impressed with the products so far, especially the Clay Mask. It felt great on the skin after application and left it feeling refreshed and firm after I had washed it off. The Serum left my face feeling smooth and has a lovely smell and the face wash did not leave the skin feeling dry and taut. Overall good customer service and excellent products.

This was my first experience of illuminate products . I brought the deluxe products that included everything I needed for my cleansing routine. The items arrived beautifully packaged and with full instructions . I was very impressed with all of my items , they all work very well on my skin and smell wonderful too.
