Decided to earn with cashback options. Lots of my friends use the services of the kind. So I tried to find one and try it on my own. And it was the BIGGEST FAIL. I've been waiting for my money back since October 2017 and still didn't get anything. Probably I will not...

As the other reviews have mentioned, this site gave up earlier in the year. No doubt took several thousands of members money with them. Once a good, reliable site. Now dead and gone. Shame but many better sites out there, iMutual for example.

Like everyone else has said. You will NOT get your cashback and you will NOT receive any communication.

After being 'offline' for a few months looks like they are "back" .... but you MUST avoid using this scam of a website at all costs.

- They NEVER pay out (I've been waiting since Feb 2016)
- They NEVER reply to messages (I have lost count of the number I have sent - they don't even send you an acknowledgement any more)

I would leave zero stars if I could - using their website is a complete waste of time and effort.

I earned so called "cashback" through ilovecashback, reached around £24 and decided to transfer to my bank account. So all seemed fine, got a message stating it can take up to 30 days to check and approve the withdrawal, so slow but what the hell. Fast forward 3 months and 10 emails still no money? What a bunch f****wits. But every cloud and all that, they have now been forced to cease trading pending an investigation from third parties.. So who knows what next... ; )

please read this review before you are thinking of joining this site.
firstly you have to reach minimum of £20 worth of cash-back before you can you withdraw your cash-back.
i took out home insurance through this site and they have not paid out.
+ other cash-back i had earned.
loads of messages set through there own system which is the only way you can contact them.
they ignore your messages and other than this way there is no other way to contact them.

I signed up here purely to advise to avoid using ILoveCashBack. I requested a payment early Feb and with 30 working days passing still not received my payment and no reply to two logged tickets. It appears they have also stopped allowing people to post to their facebook page and also removed the option to direct message them. It also appears from other users that they look like they may be in trouble otherwise why not pay and avoid all communication?

I'm not sure if legal action could be taken for non payments, because had I have known this I would have used another company like quidco for example. The legalities behind a business like this need looking into because their cashback offers which they are still advertising on twitter etc may end up confirmed but the payments are not being honored, something surely must be illegal regarding this otherwise other businesses like Quidco and topcashback would have had that custom.

AVOID using them, you will not see your money!

For anyone from ILoveCashBack.com that may read this - I will be willing to amend my review should a payment be made considering my experience with tracking and previous customer support from yourselves was actually good until I wanted my money, I think your customers deserve an explanation to what is going on at the very least.

like others here i asked for cashback to my bank account 55days later still no cashback despite two tickets sent..i also wonder if anyone has actually won and received the £150 daily giveaway as it is mostly 6 numbers and on sunday 3 april the winning member was in the 900.000's thats a lot of members. AVOID
i noticed that they were back again so resent for my cashback 60 days no cashback.not that i expected it.

Update as of 26/04/16: I have noticed ilovecashback has temporarily suspended trading since 18/04/16, comes as no surprise and I just hope everyone is paid their cashback which they have earned, however if I'm brutally honest, I don't see it happening.

I seemed to have been experiencing the same problems as most people on here, having decided to cashout back in February, I still haven't received my money, I've submitted number of tickets with no response whatsoever. What is the point of having a cashback site if people aren't able to get their money?

Absolutely ridiculous, this cashback site should be shut down immediately. I never experience any trouble from cashback sites i.e. Quidco & Topcashback. SORT THIS OUT!!!!!!

I earned £47 in cashback, requested a withdrawal to bank account and like many others waited 30 days, got no cash, complained, got no answer and am still waiting. Give these a miss and deal with somebody genuine.

I've wrote to ilovecashback 3 times over the past couple of weeks, due to a withdraw request I made at the start of February that they still have not honoured. (Coming close to 7 weeks now, they claim it can take up to 30 days but is usually done before that...)

The strange thing is, I've contacted them before, due to missing transactions and got a reply the following day.

The only conclusion I can come to is, they don't wish to pay, so they're ignoring me.

Mistakes can happen, but due to the fact I’ve contacted them on 3 separate occasions and ain't received a reply even acknowledging they're looking into it (Other than the initial one the system sends to you email account acknowledging they've gotten your question.).

I would personally advise, you avoid this cashback website.

Stay well clear of Ilovecashback. It could be that they are deliberately promoting deals and or offers knowing that they can't pay or have no intention of paying. Don't get your fingers burnt with this site! Luckily, they may not be around much longer!

So, I had an outstanding £10 cashback with ilovecashback and received an email from them to inform me I would lose it unless I used my account. Obviously I was keen to use it so I took out some house insurance through ilovecashback. 2 weeks passed and still no sign of the cashback I was promised for taking out the house insurance, I asked them 3 separate times what was going on and received no response.

It's now been a good month or so and my balance with ilovecashback is at £0. Looking at the other reviews it seems that not adding the cashback and no response is their strategy. Basically a fraudulent abuse, don't bother in wasting your time and money like I did...

i have been waiting since 29th of november for my cashback to become payable ...... i have submitted i don`t know how many support tickets since 17th of febuary and not one person as got back to me....iam just waiting for this one transaction to become payable and in my bank and i will be closing my account with i love cashback....

I bought a phone through the EE shop at the start of November and had to wait three months for the cash back to be approved. I was then told i needed to wait a further 30 days for that cash back to be transferred to my bank account! This was at the start of February, it has now been 30 days and I am still waiting for the money......no reply to submitted ticket as yet either

- Customer Service is a joke...they never reply to messages.
- Cashback hardly ever tracks and have to chase.
- Haven't actually received any get cashback yet.
- Should be renamed 'WeLoveKeepingYourCashback'.

Submitted many tickets while waiting for my cashback, they always replied stressing that there is upto 90 days waiting period, as we approached the 90 days being up they failed to reply and now it's well over 90 days an still failing to reply after submitting multiple tickets, what an absolute joke they are or dare I say scam! Avoid these time wasters...

I posted a review of ILC a few months back, due to the poor customer service response times, now however, it's gotten worse.

I submitted a cashback withdrawal of £23.05 on 18th February 2016, which I was told by the website would be confirmed by the end of the month.

It's now April 7th, and here I am again, still waiting, and getting more and more annoyed with this company. All's I can say, is after sending about 4 customer service tickets and getting no reply from any one of them, I'm not getting my cashback. Surely this breaks rules in some way or form of British law. The website is still up and running and still advertising "offers". I hope even one of this reviews that other disgruntled people have left even make the slightest bit of difference for someone looking to sign up with them. This website is full of scams, if they're not telling you they can't pay you as you MUST of used another cashback website, they're not even telling you anything. Pathetic customer service, and even when they do reply, they give an half arsed response which leaves you right at square one. They're still using Twitter as of today, so if you can contact them this way, do so.

Use Topcashback, or Quidco, or any other cashback site about, but please, do not use I love cashback, because after this experience, I actually now hate cashback. Please take great note of the reviews on here and save yourself so much time, and so much hassle in dealing with this clowns.
