A transaction from November has never been tracked to date. Tried raising it up with customer care but its the usual waiting game. To be fair most of my transactions tracked considerably quick but the way they handled this individual transaction is just terrible.

Have been doing some January sales shopping, the website seems to have been made easier to use in the last few months. I used to have trouble finding retailers but that seems the search is working better and the rates are pretty good as well.

Used ilovecashback to do some shopping over the last few months - it's been worth it! Got some good rates and there's a chunk of cash waiting in my account. Will definitely continue to use.

So far my experience with I love cashback has been excellent i will continue to recommend and use the service myself. Have a great new year.

thought this site was a scam but just got my money paid into my bank account £52 cashback with no hassle

Been using this site for about 6 months and have earned about 80 quid so far. Can't complain about free cash

I signed up to this after getting a £15 cash offer via Gameseek. It did say about the minimum withdrawal however I downloaded their toolbar & have made purchases but nothing has been tracked.
I have to raise a ticket about every purchase which shouldn't be needed so it's a waste of time as I'm being tracked already :\
Use other cash back sites & nectar instead I do saves so much hassle for your cash back!!

I joined ilovecachback after receiving a promotional email offering £10 cashback on a purchase from Euro Car Parts. After making a purchase the cashback tracked within a few hours and I attempted to withdraw the promised cashback only to find that there is a £20 minimum withdrawal which is a massive limitation that wasn't mentioned anywhere during the sign-up process.

Other cashback sites such as Quidco and TopCashback allow you to withdraw with no minimum limit. For this reason I wouldn't recommend ilovecashback.

I found it a little strange at first that you had to wait untill you had £20 before you could make a withdrawal, however once my withdrawal was requested it was done and dusted in very little time. Its a good thing that you are able to spend and save. The responses to your query e-mails are also dealt with in the given time frame.

On the only two occasions I have made a withdrawal I have had to contact them to ask how much longer I will have to wait to receive payment and each time they use the excuse that the system missed my request.NEEDS IMPROVEMENT.

I recently joined I love Cashback and have found it a rewarding experience. I purchased items from some high street retailers and my cashback tracked with no problems. I was able to withdraw £60 cashback recently with no hassle. Absolutely delighted with my cashback, would recommend this site.

PayPal charged a fee for payment from Ilovecashback. when withdrawing, via Quidco or Topcashback I have never seen this charge using same withdrawal method
