Impressive Service!

Excellent service. Free delivery next day. When one of the items was incorrect in style, sent correct one next day. No quibble & no need to send other one back. They answer the phone quickly, (another plus).

Melanie is a super star

I want to say I ordered a Wednesday dress for my daughter and it was small with missing hair and Melanie went out her way and helped me and got another one sent out for the next day and it fit and my daughter can enjoy her birthday I want to say a big thank you to Melanie for going out her way and helping me and took the call very professionally her customer service was amazing x

Amazing company

Amazing company. I had a part missing on an item I bought and the ladies went above and beyond to rectify this for me. Excellent customer service and communication, very friendly and I’d certainly use them again. My little granddaughter will be delighted with her two new pom-poms. Thank you once again.

I received a 20% discount code and forgot to apply it, so I called and asked if they could still sort it and they did no bother at all, delvier very speedy and helpful staff. Well one will use again

Great service

Everytime I have visited they have helped me pick the right costume... Happy to exchange and the best thing is being able to click and collect!

I would recommend this company to everyone for all your fancy dress needs...

Absolutely fantastic service

Absolutely fantastic service , staff went above and beyond to make my daughters costume perfect after being let down by another company at last minute. Courtney helped us no end and even picked out the perfect costume. Highly recommend wouldn’t use anyone else.
