Great customer service

Great customer service. Initially responded to by AI but a rep intercepted it and went to lengths to get a full response to my query. Now a proud owner of an Ilse Jacobsen jacket.

A very reliable and helpful company.

I needed customer service as I ordered online on Friday pm, the 4 th. So on Monday I
e-mailed to query if they received my order
okay. Over several e- mails they were incredibly kind, patient and helpful.
My order is happily on the way and I can’t wait to receive it. A highly recommended company.
Only negative is they don’t ship to the UK, I got round it by using family who live in Ireland.

Great quality products and even better customer service. I had a problem with a zip on a jacket I had purchased. The customer service team dealt with my issue in a very prompt and professional manner a matter of days. Extraordinary Refund Experience

I love these shoes and was so excited to order more. I placed an order online. In my excitement, I didn't notice that they do not ship to the United States. I received an email and it showed a German post. I quickly emailed the company and was told they were sorry for the confusion and I would receive my refund. I wish all companies were as professional, courteous, and prompt with their responses. Even though I was unable to purchase my shoes, my experience was extraordinary. I have never been treated so kindly. Thank you.

I bought a coat from Isle Jacobsen…

I bought a coat from Isle Jacobsen on-line site which I was very happy with. However after 2 months the zip broke. I was very disappointed because it was an expensive coat. I contacted the Isle jacobsen customer service team and I must say I was very impressed with their prompt response and they agreed to replace my coat as this should not have happened with such a quality garment. The reason I didn't give 5 stars is because I felt the zip should not have broken so easily, but the customer service team is the best I have experienced.

Customer Help is amazing

I love Ilse Jacobsen 3/4 raincoats. I have three in different colours. They seem to last forever and when I had an issue with the two way zipper on my newest one I emailed them earlier today and had a response within 5 minutes with a link to a How to Video and a still photograph. I followed the instructions in the photograph and it fixed the problem immediately. Like most things easy when you know how and there I was panicking that my favourite coat was beyond repair. Thank you so much for the excellent customer service.

Excellent customer service

I unfortunately lost the leather strap from my raincoat recently so was unable to wear it as I had no way to keep the hood on. I contacted Ilse Jacobsen's customer service to see if I could purchase another from them. My enquiry was responded too almost immediately and a replacement strap was posted to me at no cost to me at all. Stine, was wonderfully helpful and I can't praise the service I received highly enough, Absolutely first class..

I ordered a coat in the style that I liked. Unfortunately, after communication with the customer service team, I realised my mistake. IJ quickly and professionaly tried to allocate a new coat to me etc. The person whom I dealt with was so kind, considerate and professional to deal with and I can only complement your company on your terrific products and staff.

I purchased a raincoat in a store in…Canada

I purchased a raincoat in a store in Canada to wear in Europe and wore it for the first time a few days ago, however because of the design of the detachable hood my hood fell off without me knowing and I now have a raincoat with no hood. The purpose of a raincoat is to keep dry in the rain and now that is not possible without a hood. The strap obviously slid off and as a result the hood was no longer secured. This is very disappointing because I have been in torrential downpours and had to purchase a separate hat just to keep my head dry.
I contacted customer service to enquire if there was a replacement hood however, the response was that no they do not have a replacement hood for the raincoat and suggested that I purchase a rainhat from them.
I am sure I am not the only person to have this happen and it is definitely a fault of the design. Perhaps the company should alert customers before they purchase this otherwise very nice raincoat.

I am very sorry that you have an unsatisfactory experience with your rain jacket. As you also mention, I can see that we have previously had an email correspondence together about this.

You have our incredibly popular Rain71 rain jacket, as you can remove the hood here. It sounds like you have been very unlucky that the snap button that otherwise holds the hood in place has come loose and the belt has then slipped out of the straps the belt sits through. Unfortunately, we do not have separate hoods available.
It is not a general problem, but certainly a really annoying situation that I can understand you are disappointed about.

I hope you can still be happy with it despite this.

Amazing customer service

Fantastic Customer Care
