Very pleased with the process and results. I highly recommend using iMemories!

I was pleased with the conversion of my old movie into digital format. Was also pleased with how easy it was to send the media in and get back downloadable format. However, I am quite annoyed with spam emails. I’ve been getting from imemories since my transaction and do not see any way to unsubscribe..

My photos came back in good shape. Most importantly, I was able to forward digital files that arrived to family members successfully!

iMemories kept up great communication through the whole process of getting our tapes digitized. Turnaround time was 2-3 weeks, the video quality was great (even without enhancement), and we also love the intuitive feel of their app.

Paid my money and only get access to an online cloud system for my photos. I am not very computer literate and have not gotten any of mu pictures yet.

After a conversation with customer service, i discovered there was an expectation which I miss understood. Things have been settled to my satisfaction. I am therefore editing my rating to 4 stars. Thank you customer service.

The information that I received made it sound like you got cds for 14.99 not on top of the 14.99 so a 30 minute tape was 30.00 and that was half off with coupon. Then I called to talk to someone and left my name and number to keep place in line and never got a call back. Called back hrs later and was to receive a refund of 30.00 because of the mis information I was to receive a refund of 30.00 which I have been waiting weeks for. Then it is 25.00 in shipping to ship back my 4 vhs tapes that were the size of a credit card even though to send the shipping box to me was only 14.99. Why to ship back the same thing is 10.00 more. I was charged 90.00 for the 4 vhs taped that totalled 1 hr for all 4. I never received an email before I was charged the 90.00. I would hope this would prompt you to give me the refund I was promised. The 2 vhs where taken off the website immediately unlike my refund

I finally got the DVDs I wanted, for which I am very pleased. I believe the communication could have been better regarding this, as it took some for me to understand the process. Thanks!

My daughter had recently passed away and I was cleaning out some old tapes of her when I came across the service that IMemories offered and decided to give it a try. I was more than pleased with the quality of their service, excellent communication throughout the process and quality of their work.

Seeing your old videos and being back memories from long ago is priceless as they say

The only reason I'm not giving you five stars is because of the digitalization of a video that wasn't mine and having to resend the video that was mine to be completed. Otherwise, your service is great and I will recommend you to others.

Error was made in expiration time and corrected. Communication was good.

I really love how quickly my films are processed and returned to me and the ease of viewing them online.
Also customer service is really good. quick to answer questions which gives peace of mind.

Experience was good however I feel it’s a quite costly. Older forms of recording, vhs c, do not hold much video length therefore you get back short digital clips. The cost for a short clip is too high.

I was very happy with the digital results. When I was able to talk to a person at imemories they were very helpful. However, I found that it was difficult to talk because often there were many callers ahead and the wait could times were more than I wanted to hold for.

This is definitely something everyone should do to preserve their memories!!! I wish I had done it earlier so special family members who are no longer with us could have seen the videos. I love to share these moments with those loved ones in the videos!
