If i could put -100 i would do this.This website is totally disaster.It not help u to sell ur property,it help u do not sell it.The price for 3 months is much higher then other websites and it gives u literally nothing.People who like ur zoekertje not even getting notification if u drop the price.Thetr is no history in prijs.Also website calculate the real prijs for ur property,and if u put ur prijs higher,people just not buying,because they see that ur prijs is higher!!!

Great platform, easy to use and comprehensive! Very good experience, I was able to get information and organise visits without any problems. Even better with the app, because I can follow my searches wherever I am. I highly recommend it.

Cannot hold Immoweb responsible but every enquiry we had was a scam. Immoweb do not incorporate a warning when forwarding on the enquiry; another website (Green-Acres) warns about the signs of possible scams
So users should beware of e.g. Offers to buy the property at an inflated price with the difference being paid to the "introducer" and the vendor. The offer will made at a meeting in a city (not at the property). The viewing will be done afterwards by a so-called expert.
The introducer will ask for his fee to be paid in gold prior to contracts being signed and offer cash as collateral. The cash will have a few genuine notes top and bottom but the rest will be made up of false but legal notes stamped with e.g. Eurodisney!

Really great platform! I don't understand why people aren't happy, it's the best way to find a house or appartment.

it's a struggle to get a visit I think they don,t want to rent a house or apartment to people with a foreign name I think the ,cheapest houses are for belgians only. they only schedule visits if the property is expensive, is that it . IF SO PLEASE REMOVE THE ADVERTISSEMENTS for houses with popular prices .Its ok to ask for proof of previous ret ,but against panking I think its too much.

Has more scammers than houses. Id rather live in a card board box than deal with this.

So rude attending the phone, did not want to speak English and hung out after no receiving the wanted questions. Terrible customer service.

Very useful site, especially the geographical function... But VERY BUGGY at the same time, especially in the safari browser.

This is one of the only and biggest websites in Belgium where offer and demand come together without having to deal with real estate agencies and other intermediaries. The website is not super user friendly but when I called with an issue, I was helped very fast and very good. The place to go to if you look for property or renting in Belgium.
