IMO Car Wash Reviews 

The car wash was great as usual.However I havenr yet received a " wash reward ".
I've messaged to questuon why not, but haven't heard anything .
This is not the 1st time this issue has arisen.

I bought the TOP WASH (Graphine +) but did not get the 'pre-wash' liquid on my wheels that all other customers seemed to be getting, when I asked I was told [rudely] by a female attendant that I had to pay first despite people in the line behind me getting the treatment.
After paying ... I was then ushered directly into the wash area with only a quick blast of the pressure hose and no hand brushing; I asked the attendant to clean the bird-lime from the rear window and he grunted at me before a reluctant and half-a*sed attempt to clean the mess from the window.
The wash itself was no better than the regular 'wash and wax' just twice as expensive and afterwards I had to re-wash the vehicle all over to remove the wax residue spots ...
Hugely disappointed.

Great service. My car is spotless.

Quick and efficient, however, quality is not the best. For the price it is, leaves a lot to be desired. Leaves spots of sediment once dries l, so water is not very clean.

Amazing! New Program Graphene made my dirty car shiny again! Also the Workers there are most nice and did the perfect pre-wash, thanks again! Will always return back there.

The car still has dirt marks below the doors and it was left dripping with water.

Joined the online IMO monthly premium wash service. The promotio n states you get a free wash after a certain number of washes. Not true. Each outlet is seperately to IMO National and online. Bundle prices avertised are also for subscribed members only.....supposidly. Trading Standards National needs to look at this operation and the pricing and benefits advertised

after wash i still see dirt and at many places and brushes seems to be harsh they leave scratches.

Banbury team pretty decent. Overall good value if you buy ahead. Prewash seems to miss the bit just at the top of the tailgate below the spoiler and wheels never quite perfect but overall it’s fast and does the job.

Car was very clean after but needed an extra cloth wipe to remove excess water to prevent spots forming.

Twice now I have used your services and both times my loyalty card was not updated. If you want to con people I suggest its not me, because I won't use your Company again. Why publish a loyalty programme if its not real ??.

I paid for the full top service because the car was very dirty. The car was still very dirty after the wash. Nothing more to say. Disappointed

The team were very busy doing a valet so we had to wait a bit for someone to come over and spray the wheels with a pre-wash and do a bit of a jet wash around the bottom of the car before going through the car wash. He was helpful directing us into the correct position for the machine to pull us through. Just before the blowers at the end, the wand jet on the right wasn’t spraying properly, the spray was very feeble just at the side of the car not across it and most of the water was running straight down the framework.

The guy was friendly and did a very good prep work before the wash. Very good job

Staff were rude and abrupt. Was shouted at for using the app to pay and not cash, even though it suggests to do so as you drive through. This is not the first time staff have made me feel uncomfortable or been rude and I won’t return. Rudeness made my nephew uncomfortable also.
