Gained a new customer! :)

Great staff (did not catch the name - our visit was around 5:50 in the Thornton Road Bradford Branch)! So lovely and patient explaining how it all worked. Car looks great! Gained a new customer :)

Spent money for no service

I did purchase online right before getting service at 5pm on 26th Apr at location close to Holiday Inn Coventry hotel, but they refused to wash as they just cloesed at 5pm. I explained to the guy that I needed to get car wash on that day and couldn't come next day, but refused.
I don't understand why they refused or why online purchasing system allowed me to purchase where I cannot get the service.
I just purchased with no service.
