Care taken in the pre wash, car always comes out gleaming. But, a good but, the staff at Elgin are great. They remember customers, they are polite, wonderful customer service.

Poor protection
Went for HD and by the time I got home , 50 miles, car was dirty. A few sprinkles of rain and the car sides were filthy. Maybe something wrong with the cleaning and protection agents?
