I paid for an ultra HD wash and did not receive this service
I paid for an ultra HD wash, the machine was not complete, did not have the drying or polishing pads attached. I spoke to the supervisor who was excellent customer service and offered to have my car dried and polished by hand. The car wash was very busy and given that I was on my lunch I did not have time to wait. This is the second time this has happened paying for a service I did not receive. Customers need to be advised when the car wash is not working to full effect as this is poor and not transparent. I will consider taking my business elsewhere

Have emailed the company highlighting my concerns but i have recieved no response.
Spray treatment was only spraying one side. The wheel brushes have been removed probably will never use again.

Operator was rude in his manner of guiding me on to the track
The drying towels at the end of the wash only went as far as the bonnet when I complained I was ignored
Need to seriously consider if I continue IMO in the future as my last 2 visits have given me serious quality concerns
