I paid an extra £1 by using the app ! ???

Very disappointed with the car wash service. After the full-body wash, the car was still covered in dust marks and did not look properly cleaned. I expected the car to be thoroughly washed and finished, but unfortunately the service was not up to standard. I would not recommend this service unless the cleaning quality improves.

Excellent and fast service! I brought my Audi here to get it perfectly clean before selling it, and the results were amazing. The wash removed all the tough dirt easily and left the exterior sparkling. Highly recommend this IMO Car Wash location for a quick, high-quality clean that leaves your car looking brand new!"

Looks great apart from the missed parts and dried on white stains from the rinse. Also gained to wash bird shit off

Easy to book online but found the end result a bit disappointing. Smears all over the car especially the windows and not a great finish

I am writing to share my deep disappointment regarding my recent experiences at your car wash with my BMW X5.

In early August, I attempted to use your services two days in a row. On the first day at 2:00 PM, a sign stated the wash would be available at 4:00 PM due to a defect. When I returned the following day at 4:00 PM, I was told the system was still broken and the repairs were taking longer than expected.

I tried again at the end of September. This time, the staff began the process and foamed my car. However, after making a phone call, the attendant informed me that my car is on a "black list" because your system is too small for a BMW X5. I was then asked to sign a waiver stating I would take full responsibility for any potential damage.

Naturally, I refused to sign, as I have never encountered this issue at any other car wash. The staff did refund my money, but the entire experience was frustrating and unprofessional. It is highly disappointing that a standard SUV like an X5 is considered "blacklisted" only after the washing process has already begun.

I hope you will take this feedback into account to improve your communication and equipment standards.

Good service and quick, but missing exit sign and left water drying marks.

Staff was really friendly however I paid for the full service which I got but when I came out the car wash I did have to go and wash my wheels somewhere else

I normally wash my car myself because I take pride it the paint work. Due to lack of time, I use IMO. The brush the man used to clean the windscreen has scratched the glass and theres also a scratch on the bumper. If the store sees this, I havent complained because what would be done, you would just say it was already there. Thanks for nothing. Put it down to a life lesson and reason why I dont normally use them!!

Helpful staff and clean shiny car

You shouldn’t ask me for review. I can not say nothing good. I pay now £5 for simple wash, more expensive isn’t work for my car. After washing was dirty and I washed my money.

It is one of my favourite car wash . However, last time staff was behaving so badly essentially I add wash inside they were aggressive.
