Usually go here and though usually ok…

Usually go here and though usually ok but not great yesterdays was the worst visit yet. Attendant seemed uninterested not the usual one, Hardly any pre wash, normally wheels, windscreens etc get a bit of a lather. Got home the wheels were filthy had to do them myself , dirty water marks all over the car, usually the odd bits but all over this time, very disappointed and unhappy long time user.

Angry attendant

The attendant seemed he hated the job and got rude when asked about the app he showed no customer service and sprayed my car with anger

My Windscreen was smashed in IMO Car Wash

My back windscreen was smashed while in the drive through car wash, I was given an incident report form detailing the damage and photographs were taken. However I have been unable to make any contact with this company for more than 10 days on any of the contact information that I have been given. Beware of this company! There is no customer service accessible.
