The staff were friendly and helpful and fun with the kids in the car but the overall clean was not worth it - will visit a hand car wash next time to ensure everything is cleaned off. It looked better than when it went in but I'd rather not have drip marks, left over pigeon poo, tree sap etc.

Luton dirty IMO
I normally use my local imo car wash often with great results and on my last visit opted for the rain guard as I have a new car and was brilliant, unfortunately I visited the imo at Luton and bought the rain guard again(pre pay) . As I went through the car wash I could smell dirty water not fresh like normal, I drove to the hotel and my car was in a terrible state with dirty water marks all over it . Think I will go to the manual car wash in future.

Pickups Not Wanted!
Downloaded the App and purchased an ULTRA HD Bundle, checked in advance that a Hardtop Pickup would fit. Arrive at the car wash waiting while Transit vans etc go through to be told they will not accept a Pickup.

A very busy car wash
I recently used the car wash in Hereford for a second time, having been disappointed with my first experience. I decided to give it another try in the hope that the service and condition of the facility had improved, but unfortunately, this wasn’t the case.
On my first visit, I paid for the HD Ceramic Coat option, but my car was still left with noticeable marks, particularly around the rear of the vehicle.
On my second visit, I immediately noticed that the water being used had a very unpleasant and unclean smell as soon as I entered the wash. Unfortunately, the smell has since seeped through the vents and into the car, meaning I now need to have the interior professionally cleaned to remove the odour.
I was also disappointed by the overall condition of the car wash itself. The equipment and interior are looking very dated, with several areas showing visible rust and generally appearing to be in poor condition.
I would be happy to consider using the car wash again in the future, but only if the issues have been properly addressed. If possible, could you confirm whether there are plans for a full refurbishment or overhaul of the Hereford site, and if so, when this is expected to be completed?
