On one of the hottest days this team still working diligently. Well done!

The description says a hand pre wash is included. That didn’t happen. My wheels were still very dirty after the vehicle had been washed too. Obviously IMO depend on the pre wash to achieve the desired results. This is failing unfortunately.

Paid for wax £10 wash which includes pre wash by attendant but wheels weren’t cleaned very well and there wasn’t any wax coming out as must have been so low it barely cleared the nozzles, I visit here often as normally pretty good but this is the second time there’s been no wax.

Sadly the ultra wash left watermarks on the body work. I spent 40 minutes getting rid of them all

I am very disappointed with my experience at IMO Car Wash. I was told my car would be hand washed, but only the wheels received this attention; the rest was put through a machine wash. As a result, areas that need manual attention, like the mirrors and wheel arches, were left dirty. The machine wash didn't clean properly either, leaving marks on the vehicle. I feel the service was very poor

Paid for the top clean but they only squirted my wheels quickly then power washed it off and used a brush on the back of my car and sent me in really don't think they do everything it says they do on that wash plus going through the ceramic bit of the car wash it was like being squirted by a £1 shop water gun on the side of my car not what I expect from a £19 car wash

Works well for me.
Would be good for the period of validity of the vouchers to be longer than six months.

A very pleasant and straightforward experience! I tried paying through the IMO app while waiting for my car wash. There’s a 5% discount if you use the app. Excellent customer service by the staff. Highly recommended.

Very quick and staff were polite

Poor service. Car wasn't clean although wheels were included in the package. Asked for fixing butbguys replied that I should pay 30% extra. Scam.

The staff on arriving were really excellent, helpful and patient. I purchased the ceramicxtr package. The rollers didn’t clean my car properly the windscreen and front of my car still looked dirty when the I had finished. There were also residue left from what I assume was the wax or xtr coating which were left on my car which I had to clean off myself after leaving. The side panels, Bonet and rear of the car have a really clear sheen and looks good. But the front and windscreen finish was disappointing. I would only pay for the cheaper finishes in future.
