I selected the best product acailable snd I am not satisfied with the rims.They are still dirty on vidible surfaces.

quick and efficient once the operator appeared. I was early Saturday morning..about 8.40. and although they were open I had a wait of about 10 mins before anyone appeared. From then on it was quick and easy

Car wash was good but the wheels were hardly touched.

In the previous times that I have used this site I always had a brush pre wash before going through the car wash. However, on this occasion after showing my imo app qr code I only received a pre spray and as a result of this, the wash did not clean all of the dried on bird excrement.

Quick and easy to use. Used the QR code to pay. Straight in for my chosen car wash, and within minutes, a lovely clean car. Downloaded the new app. Already started to save money each time. Great service.

It was a nice wash, as always. I ordered one deluxe wash but that didn't get rid of all the insect stains as I thought it could.

Great car wash and well worth the price. Easy to pay and efficient.

Always great at IMO and now even better. Prices have gone down which means I will use more premium washes more often. Also there basic wash is only £4 now and for that it's a double wash and dry.
Other hand car wash companies charge so much more for SUVs and you don't even get a dry and usually still dirty.
IMO prewash and make sure it superclean, then I get a relaxing ride with seasonal aromas and another wash and dry. I use the ceramic coating one often Bargain for £13. Staff are super friendly. Service is fab.

I booked a car wash online on September 11, including wheel cleaning. When I arrived at the car wash, I was told that wheel cleaning was not included in my booking and I had to pay an additional €3 for it. However, the online booking clearly stated that wheel cleaning was included in the package I had booked.

I don’t think it is fair to advertise a service as included online and then charge an additional fee for the same service on site. The booking information should be clear and match what customers are charged at the car wash.

I hope this will be clarified and improved in the future.

Very easy, car was really clean, appropriate pricing

I recently went to IMO Car Wash in Bedminster and asked the two guys working there to clean my car inside and out. I was honestly very surprised at how reasonable the price was, especially compared with what I have paid elsewhere.

I came back about an hour later and the car was absolutely pristine! It smelled incredibly fresh and clean, the outside looked almost like new, and the inside was spotless and stayed clean for a long, long time. The two guys working there were extremely hard-working, accommodating and polite, which made the whole experience even better.

There were just a couple of very minor things that were missed — the small mirror on the sun visor and perhaps a little more cleaning underneath the seats. But these are genuinely small details compared with how well the rest of the car was cleaned. In particular, the two side mirrors were absolutely perfectly clean, giving me a fantastic clear view.

I would highly recommend this place and will definitely be going back. It is now going to be my go-to place for getting my car cleaned, especially because I was previously charged around £120 for essentially the same service somewhere else!
