Friendly staff, efficient car wash process and great finish
They did a great job with the prep before the wash, the wax coating at the end really makes my metallic blue paint pop. Very happy with the result, I will most certainly be back.

When I arrived the Car Wash was…
When I arrived the Car Wash was undergoing maintenance and there was no estimated time to it opening again. The staff offered to hand wash the car and upgrade me to the top level Ceramic polish wash and shine for no extra charge. A great example of the continued level of customer service I get from IMO. The Phone App is great too as I regularly get offered discounts on washer and only need to go 6 times to get a completely free Ultra HD Wash.

Triple Foney Wash
I liked the friendly member of staff and the swiftness of the clean. However, my car still had bird poop stains and oil stains on my wheels. I was unhappy with my triple foam wash result.
