I have usually been satisfied with IMO in the past, which is why I was a bit disappointed this time. I chose the Eco Wash for €11. The front of the car was pre washed thoroughly, but the rear was only wiped very quickly with a sponge. As a result, there are still visible dirt marks on the back of the car after the wash.
In addition, two of the side brushes in the wash tunnel did not seem to be working. Overall it felt like the staff were rushing because it was very busy.
It is a pity because my previous experiences here were much better. I hope this was just an exception.

The Volvo XC40 was not cleaned…
The Volvo XC40 was not cleaned properly. There was still a lot of dust along the lower sections of the car. Around the windows, the frames, and especially in the corners, there was still visible dirt all around.
Overall, the wash quality was not good. There were many streaks. Although the vehicle was shiny, numerous streak marks were clearly visible in the sunlight. There were also many water drops that ran down after drying and left noticeable drying marks.
All in all, it was rather disappointing — especially considering that I chose one of the most expensive wash programs (almost the second most expensive option), including RainX, for 20 euros. I definitely expected better. Unfortunately, quite disappointing.

The quality of the car wash was rather poor.
The quality of the car wash was rather poor. There were many areas around the car that were very badly cleaned. €20 is far too expensive for that. I won't be washing my car there again.
