Opted for a more expensive wash than normal, I couldn't see much of a difference at first but it does seem to have lasted longer than normal. Overall very pleased with the service and convenience.

Promoting a product that no longer exists
I’d taken up an offer from the M6 Toll to “buy one get one free” on an IMO Triple Wash (£8.50) but when I presented the token to the operator at the Hinckley branch they refused it as they no longer offered a Triple Wash! So, I ended up paying for a basic wash on top of what I’d already paid out. Ridiculous that they’re promoting something that doesn’t exist anymore

Lessons learned
It was my first experience using this type of car wash, not too sure what I expected. Some parts of my car were cleaned, but around 30% was completely missed so the car looks more than a little odd. Plus the parts of my car that were cleaned, don't look clean or shiny - they just look to be without dirt. I had to bend my passenger wingmirror back the correct way but thankfully there was no permanent damage. Helpful experience, lesson learned

IMO Car Wash
I always use the IMO Car Wash. I always buy a wash on the IMO App before I go to the site. The Attendants are always friendly and the process is always so smooth.

Great service and happy with the end…
Great service and happy with the end result on my wife’s car, paying using my mobile wasn’t the easiest, due to my network providers poor coverage. I was offered a choice of paying using Apple Pay but only after struggling for 5mins using the QR code method. Wash service was fab though.

Friendly service
The service was great, a friendly helpful worker.
The car wash was average to be kind. There were streaks on the paint, finger prints were still visible on the bonnet, my alloy wheels still had excessive brake dust marks.

A waste
Quite confusing firstly. The staff member wasn't friendly, he didn't speak a word, just walked up with a cash machine. The actual service was poor. I left with dirt still on the car, marks on the bonnet overall a feeling of £15 had been wasted.
