Awful experience, aggressive staff
Awful. My car got pulled through too quickly. Man in charge was quite aggressive, saying I must have driven and that I had broken his machine. My car was in neutral and no foot on pedal. Quite a frightening experience to be stuck in the car wash with an angry, intimidating man shouting at me. Car half washed but couldn’t get out of there quick enough. Will never recommend. Customer service training required.

Make sure you get the wash paid for!
Paid for a total wax at 10.50 on the app but the lads at the Wash put the wash at an eco plus which is 6.50. Had to stop at the end and challenge them to get the difference back. Had to show them proof as I took a photo of the eco plus sign on the wash. How many wouldn’t notice? At £4 a time it would add up for them. Be careful and don’t let them rip you off.

Not working
Ordered the vouchers on the app as per usual. Went to the car wash in Ponders End , queued up only to be told that the foam wash wasn't working and that I couldn't use my vouchers. Had to pay for the cheapest wash using water only, but was then told the card reader wouldn't work. If I did not have the cash the how would I have got out as there were about 5 cars behind me ?. Managed to find the cash in my car and went through. Very poor.
