quick and efficient once the operator appeared. I was early Saturday morning..about 8.40. and although they were open I had a wait of about 10 mins before anyone appeared. From then on it was quick and easy

Double standards with app?
In the previous times that I have used this site I always had a brush pre wash before going through the car wash. However, on this occasion after showing my imo app qr code I only received a pre spray and as a result of this, the wash did not clean all of the dried on bird excrement.

I love IMO car wash
Always great at IMO and now even better. Prices have gone down which means I will use more premium washes more often. Also there basic wash is only £4 now and for that it's a double wash and dry.
Other hand car wash companies charge so much more for SUVs and you don't even get a dry and usually still dirty.
IMO prewash and make sure it superclean, then I get a relaxing ride with seasonal aromas and another wash and dry. I use the ceramic coating one often Bargain for £13. Staff are super friendly. Service is fab.

I booked a car wash online on September…
I booked a car wash online on September 11, including wheel cleaning. When I arrived at the car wash, I was told that wheel cleaning was not included in my booking and I had to pay an additional €3 for it. However, the online booking clearly stated that wheel cleaning was included in the package I had booked.
I don’t think it is fair to advertise a service as included online and then charge an additional fee for the same service on site. The booking information should be clear and match what customers are charged at the car wash.
I hope this will be clarified and improved in the future.
