Scratched the car
I just had a wash in Sittingbourne and the machine on the right was going crazy. It basically nearly broke my mirror. When I came out I noticed that the whole side has small scratches. And a big one specifically. The guy told me it's because I drive through the bushes. Even when going on country roads the car should scratch on the left side not on the right. Very disappointed of this specific IMO. I usually look for this type of car wash because it's really good but this one they do it wrong. And I can see that the people working there they don't care of others belongings. First and last time. No thanks you. P.S. Forgot to mention that the car has paint protection as well and it managed to scratch it.

Offer for the most expensive wash
Offer for the most expensive wash, only £5 but my car was not clean and not dry when I left. The wing mirrors were full of spider webs and I pointed out where there was some bird 💩 so they could blast it off, but it was still there. Won’t be bothering again

When washing the back windscreen
When washing the back windscreen, the young guy popped off the rear windscreen wiper casing. What appeared to be his supervisor (who was smoking inside the covered first part of the car wash), came over and popped it back on. It came off again during the wash, so I had to press it back in properly.
