Alloy wheels still dirty the car had a scratch marks and the staff is very rude and aggressive.

Still a lot of dirt on car and alloys. Bird poo which was clearly visible to the jet washer before the wash was not fully washed off. I had to use a wet wipe to fully remove it and other marks afterwards

Is easy to pay for your selected wash online and the machine itself does a decent job. The main thing that let's it down is the pre clean before. It's hit and miss as to whether the staff attempt to get the stubborn stains off before, such as bird poop or flies. If they don't then the machine is not powerful enough to properly clean these things so they remain on the car after.
Also the dryer in Bedminster has been broken for ages so remains secured to the roof.
I have been the only car in the queue and I still don't get the attention deserved for those stubborn stains.

The guy cleaning the car was great, we had our 4yo with us and he made her laugh :)
I feel though that the clean set fa got more expensive but the result is slightly less than before.
Might have to rethink the process.

Friendly staff, efficient service

I visited this car wash twice within less than 24 hours and was refused both times.
The first time was around 12pm (midday) and I was told it was “too late” because the staff member was alone, which I found unusual but accepted at the time.
However, I returned the next morning at around 9am and was refused again, while another customer was accepted. I was also told my car was “too dirty”, even though I only needed a standard wash after being at the garage.
I found this inconsistent and unprofessional. I ended up going somewhere else where I was treated kindly and had no issues.
I won’t be returning.

First time using. I scanned code and entered info. Assistants didn’t know what to do with info on web page and I didn’t know a QR code receipt had been emailed to me (rather than displayed on web page with success message). Attendants were not helpful.

Car was was good when all the shouting was done and things were sorted.

Such a friendly welcome at Sheene Road IMO Car Wash. I personally take the trouble to chat & thank the staff for there attendance. On the occasion I pop for a beverage next door, I slip each attendant a cool orange or donut.

Like the ease of payment using the app, especially saving on the bundle purchase. And getting occasionally a scented air freshener.

One of the rudest, if not the rudest, member of staff at any company I've come across, seriously. We paid on the app, got to the front of the line, and showed the person the confirmation email. He said I needed to show a QR code, which makes sense and I have no problem with. However, we didn't know where that was in the app, so we simply asked him if he could show us. He replied "No", and stepped back. We asked him if he knew where to find it: "No". Then we asked "does anyone else know who works here?": "No, it is just me". It was honestly super weird. So we asked him what we were meant to do. He replied "go to the back of the line and look, please don't be rude". And then he kept repeating "don't be rude", but the thing is we only asked him where it was and if anyone could help us, we didn't ask anything more than that, and made no other comments. The whole interaction was only about 30 seconds, so it's not like we were even delaying other customers. Really, really odd guy. It's probably easy to read this and think we must have provoked him but honestly everything I said is how it went, my partner and I just looked at each other like "what is going on?". We did go to the back, and did find the QR code, but after that experience will not be returning. If the company reads this, this happened on the Saturday 4th April 2026, 2:30 pm.

Easy to visit. Save my time to argue with my husband! Also value of the money.

I drove round to get a car wash, it gives you the option to pay via qr code which is cheaper. The qr code is about 2 car lenghs back from where the carwash starts. I was in the middle of paying and the carwash attendant told me to go back round by pulling to the left. I pointed out that the payment was about to complete and that by pulling left my car wouldn’t fit through the gap he wanted me to go through.

He made me go to the left anyway and guess what.. the car wouldn’t fit. I then had to wait for 4 or 5 cars behind to go through the wash before the attendant stopped the cars to allow me to reverse back. All because the attendant didn’t want to wait for what was no more than 20 seconds.

This caused me to arrive at my meetings late.

Great car wash and lovely staff but the dryer has been broken for years. Not sure why IMO head office can't fix is as they will earn enough profit to replace it! Prices are rising but equipment is faulty/not used which doesn't correlate. Nothing to do with the staff, they're great.

Great Service, and clean car, so easy and convenient having the app

The person there did not do the pre-wash nicely. He only cleaned the rear of the car with soapy mop not the sides and front of the car. 🙁
