Found 29 paint chips in the bonnet of the car and 3 in the windscreen after immediately after using the car wash. I returned to the site where I was told it could not be their car wash and was invited in to touch the rollers as they were “as soft as tissue”. There must have been a stone in the drying pads and I was told to email the office. After getting in touch with customer services I was told to return to site to complete an incident form.
Customer relations
Always a good wash
Been using it for years now
Staff are very helpful 🙂
No hanging around big queue but staff on the ball
Didn’t have the best experience - staff were quite unfriendly and didn’t actually clean off the bird poo on my car with their pressure washer.
I had purchased a prepayment and then couldn't use it, so I had to pay again. Most annoying...
...Let's hope that within 90 days I can.
This was my first and definitely my last visit to this car wash.
Average prices, poor-quality service, and, worst of all, my car’s paintwork was damaged during the wash. Completely unacceptable.
I cannot recommend this place to anyone. Avoid if you care about your car.
Car wash stopped working at drying point so didn’t complete properly. No offer to manually dry the car. Just asked to drive off.
Car was still dirty (though less so than went in). Didn’t have a chance to check over until I got back to work. Bonnet, roof and boot still dirty. Only the sides looked clean….
Car still showed signs of dirt after wash.
Not really good enough.
Wash process by the attendant seems to be mostly taken hastily even when no lengthy queue is present.
As a long term customer I believe the manual service to have become lacking at times.
I use the facility at B.Auckland on a regular basis and find that regularly there are staff who struggle to communicate and sometimes quite abrupt. Not all operatives are similar however wth the regular faces being polite and talkative.
The OCR payment system falls well short of an efficient business model. To select your 'wash' then pay and subsequently be asked to show another OCR code on your phone reminds me of the old Marxist shops in Beijing and Moscow where you had to select your goods, find the cashier to pay and then return to the showroom to collect your goods.
Surely you can do better than this with, say, numberplate recognition or similar. Otherwise restrict your software supplier to hacking 'Candy Crush' rather than encroaching on business systems.
Friendly guy who is polite and is not shy to work. His prewash and then the main wash done a fantastic job on the car. Possibly the cleanest my car ever came out of a car wash. Came out of the wash and he cleaned the gutters and weeding the area around the wash. All respect to him
