Room for improvement
New payment method (scan & pay) worked convenient and I appreciate the discount. Unfortunately I did not find a way to check what’s included in the packages quickly. So I chose by price rather than by product description.
The prewash handled by staff was quick and not appropriate so that the automated washing did not manage to remove all insects from the windshield.
The carpet cleaner did not work. The hoses of the vacuum cleaners were worn and bent so that the vacuum did not work properly all the time.

I paid £20, but I’m not happy with how the machine washed my car. It’s no different from the cheaper options—there are still spots and unwashed areas.

Very helpful chap
Very helpful chap. Even though I didn't know how to turn take the handbrake off my wife's car he advised me and off we went through the carwash. Im sure he thought I was numpty as he was shaking his head at me which I saw through my mirror but everyday is a learning day. Thanks my friend.

Arrived at Tesco's Littlehampton and third in the queue for the car wash. Asked about pricing, I was pointed to the board. Some prices had yellow stickers on. I enquired what this entailed. the (gentleman) of eastern European extraction did not know what I was talking about. when I asked him " you work here surely you know what you are selling". He called over his ( Manager) and told me it was an online price.
I have been looking for the last two days to see if the car wash can be booked on line.
Apparently NOT.
Drove into the car wash entrance and had a quick jet wash over the car requested attention to front wheels to remove brake dust/grime. No Problem, was the answer. Came out the other side. Front wheels not clean, windscreen and windows smeary. I also had to wipe clean my back hatch-back window.
Rating 2 out of 10. That is it should have cost £2.00 and not £10.00.
Very reluctant to recommend the washing process and the staff's honesty, knowledge or pitiful level of service.

Disclaimer
I booked and payed the most expensive program at one of your facilities in Munich. After paying and entering the facility, an employee told my car (standard Porsche Taycan) would not suit the overall terms and conditions of the facility and I gave to sign a disclaimer, otherwise I cannot use the Car wash.
