Excellent service from start to finish and the price was the icing on the cake

Car wash was fine, did exactly what I expected, however when I get multiple emails saying “reminder to review a car wash” you deserve a 1 star review.

Only 4 stars as the queue was fairly long and the 2 operators were slow at taking payments.
The system needs to be speeded up by larger signs with full app instructions on how to pre pay in order to avoid unnecessary delays. I pre paid and it took about 5 seconds for me to be cleared onto the ramp, other customers were having lengthy chats which is infuriating.

Bought a voucher on- line, went to the car wash it was “closed for maintenance”. I emailed to request a refund and had no response what so ever. Very poor customer service.

The car came out soaking had not dried at all!!!!

The staff, they’re always polite and smiling, always busy and working hard and always provide an excellent service.

The car wash itself was fine but the person attending at the car wash was unfriendly and borderline rude. It made the experience quite uncomfortable and for that reason I’d choose to go somewhere else next time.

Quick and easy to purchase and use at car wash. The app is handy. However, would be better if cheaper washes also included in rewards, tend to use these more often.

On this occasion I purchased a car wash using the app. Relatively easy to do and when I got to my local unit they scan the QR code to get started. There’s very little customer service at my local which I feel lets the place down and on a few occasions there’s something not working properly when going through the wash. I’ve experienced soap/foam not spraying, washers not spinning and power cuts. I go back as it’s local and for convenience, but I don’t use this place as often as id like due to the above.

Always open and staff are eager to clean the car. My only concern is the brush used on the boot and my third brake light… oh and those dangly cloth bits at the end designed to dry cars. When were they last cleaned?

Car not cleaned at all, machine stopped half way in, kept washing the same spot when I came out car didn’t dry and some parts not cleaned

Bad service and the place was so dirty and never cleaned anything plus dryer never moved at all just blew from top position so pointless, never use this place again(Wolverhampton)

Staff always friendly

I paid with the app, very easy, got to IMO, wheels, windscreen & rear window all cleaned with jet wash, straight through the car wash, done quickly, superb will certainly be going back
