Great job by the machines, unfortunately there is a vile smell of stagnant water everytime i go through the car wash, even with all vents turned off in the car, the smell still comes through, the whole car wash need a massive deep clean. As been using it for a couple of years and always the horrid smell

Considering i had the XTR ceramic wash…
Considering i had the XTR ceramic wash which is the most expensive, the car windows are streaked and the car has dried awfully. Does not look like a £19 clean at all, I’m giving 3 stars to be fair as I did get the wash for £5. It really does not look great at all sadly.

Always shut
Bought the car wash through the app and drove over to get it washed and they had shut a early and gone, twice this has happened, I think the hours should be amended for a 430pm finish to be more reflective and realistic

Car was a mess
Car was a mess. Car is now no longer a mess. Looks absolutely gleaming. Considering how much was caked on there (about a months worth of grime and muck) and now it is spotless

Car wash great value at £5 on the offer - staff are rude and abrupt though and if the offer wasn’t as good as it was I would definitely avoid due to the staff’s attitude

Absolutely Fantastic
The staff are always helpful and friendly. The service is always great, I always buy the Ultra HD and it leaves my car looking flawless and clean like it’s just out of the showroom. I would recommend a visit to IMO Car Wash if you’re car is needing a wash.
