IMO Car Wash Reviews 

After not being 100% happy with the first wash I returned for a second yesterday and still the wheels are a total mess and the water marks that appeared on my windscreen the first time as well as the side windows were added to this time and are very hard to wash / clean off.
This ssecond wash I have also had something smeared across the windscreen, presumably from the final dangly bits which in all honesty never seem to actually do anything. My wife who followed me home had nthe same issue with a smeary windscreen I went back and the staff couldn't give a care!

Quick and efficient. Did a better job with the interior cleaning than other services I have used.

Moved along quickly, staff friendly, my car like new...I can now see out of the windows!!!

The staff are friendly, efficient and very good at their job. The drive through car wash needs replacing. Parts are clearly held on with zip ties, and you can see rusted and damaged components as your car goes through.

Best car wash around, staff always do an excellent job with the pre wash also.

Flys still on windscreen also didn’t dry as no finishing cloths at end of wash.

The staff were very friendly and prepared the vehicle for the car wash adequately. There were a couple of cars ahead of me when i arrived but the conveyor belt kept everybody moving. My only criticism would be the car wasn't fully dried upon exit and that there were white water spots all over the vehicle that I had to clean by hand back at home. This defeated the object really, and for a £20 Ceramic service I would have preferred a manual chamois cloth to be run over the car to remove any excess water. This is a standard feature of a cheaper, hand car wash. But overall, adequate.

The car wash was great as usual.However I havenr yet received a " wash reward ".
I've messaged to questuon why not, but haven't heard anything .
This is not the 1st time this issue has arisen.

I bought the TOP WASH (Graphine +) but did not get the 'pre-wash' liquid on my wheels that all other customers seemed to be getting, when I asked I was told [rudely] by a female attendant that I had to pay first despite people in the line behind me getting the treatment.
After paying ... I was then ushered directly into the wash area with only a quick blast of the pressure hose and no hand brushing; I asked the attendant to clean the bird-lime from the rear window and he grunted at me before a reluctant and half-a*sed attempt to clean the mess from the window.
The wash itself was no better than the regular 'wash and wax' just twice as expensive and afterwards I had to re-wash the vehicle all over to remove the wax residue spots ...
Hugely disappointed.

Great service. My car is spotless.

Quick and efficient, however, quality is not the best. For the price it is, leaves a lot to be desired. Leaves spots of sediment once dries l, so water is not very clean.

Amazing! New Program Graphene made my dirty car shiny again! Also the Workers there are most nice and did the perfect pre-wash, thanks again! Will always return back there.
