My Windscreen was smashed in IMO Car Wash
My back windscreen was smashed while in the drive through car wash, I was given an incident report form detailing the damage and photographs were taken. However I have been unable to make any contact with this company for more than 10 days on any of the contact information that I have been given. Beware of this company! There is no customer service accessible.

Quick and simple
Quick and simple, but have noticed several times now there are bits still dirty when I exit. The 'pressure wash' before had depends who does it and how bussy they are. Sometimes a VERY fast spray which will miss areas

Had a ultra HD wash and payed for a valet . Can't fault them the wash was excellent even inside the doors and the valet was very thorough will definitely use again .intact my husband has gone to have his car done aswell

A Spotless wash, from a great team
The people at Chelmsford are friendly and polite, the wash is decent and gives a good finish, The actual car wash is looking a little tired these days.

The brushes are filthy
The brushes are filthy and need replacing i use this car wash regularly and the maintenance just seems poor , the lads prefer cash as they pocket it and the take more care in the pre wash by getting cash they tend not to like the prepaid qr codes the wash inside is just full of moss and mould it seriously needs attention as it's just making the vehicles dirty instead of clean
