It was confusing when there were two people around my car and wasn’t sure who to watch for instructions.
I didn’t realise about the tyre being in the belt so got that a bit wrong!
End result was great though so will definitely go back again!

Never been through this one before but…
Never been through this one before but what an experience.
Very polite man scanned our code then proceeded to jet wash down the car. He positioned us then we started to move along the car wash. Strange feeling at first, you have to really try not to touch breaks or steering wheel. Car came out gleaming was so happy with the wash.

I paid online as advertised for a…
I paid online as advertised for a triple foam. Instead they put a cheaper wash on. I had to obviously wait until the end to speak to them regarding this. I was invited to join the back of the queue which was considerable. Instead I asked for price difference. Luckily, they had a ready supply of £2 coins for such a scenario

VERY POOR CLEAN !!!
Didn’t jet wash bird poo off, and didn’t use wheel foam.
Bird poo still on car after wash and oil still on wheels. I know it’s an offer, but in my opinion, it was a waste of money as I e had to do everything myself afterwards!! Shocking service

I paid for the £12 program which…
I paid for the £12 program which includes wheel wash, when I got home less than 2 miles got out the car and the alloys were still dirty and it's not the first time usually I've got to get out and check, I've even had to argue about it before and they cleaned it, you shouldn't have to, just give customers what they pay for
Basically I probably won't go back for a long time better off doing it at home
