Cheated out of free wash. I was supposed to get a free triple…
I was supposed to get a free triple foam wash along with the ceramic wash I bought. The voucher disappeared from my account, but the screenshot I took at the time clearly said the expiry date was a month later. The operator refused to honour this as the app didn’t recognise the code. Eventually he had to let me through the wash as a queue was forming as I argued my case but added that I was now barred !

Would recommend, good service and clean car
Went to get my car washed. Easy to purchase a car wash online using the app. Got a couple pounds off doing it online. Got there (Corstorphine) and 3 or 4 cars in front of me. Timed out and was 14 mins from then to coming out which was good. Staff helpful as used the wrong bar code. Easy to do just drive up turn hand brake off(and wipers) and the car goes along a track without doing anything. Must of the car was clean barring a couple bits on the wing mirrors. Worth going and Would recommend. Also collect 6 stamps on the app and get a free car wash.

Service at Tesco Meadow Place Road in Edinburgh has definitely gone down hill
I get the Rain Guard wash on a regular basis, the guys are not now doing the wheels , or the front window screen
I came out of the other day and really wasn’t happy as it was like the car hadn’t been rinsed or dried in the car wash
I’m really not sure I will now be back as for the money you pay you expect your car to be gleaming and not all soap & water marks

Opted for the most expensive Ceramic…
Opted for the most expensive Ceramic wash option as I had just returned from a long journey with a very dirty car, the car wash did a great job of everything apart from the roof, which whilst being a lot cleaner than when it went into the car wash, didn’t come out as clean as the rest of the car
