Still dirty rims
I paid for the diamond wash. I appreciate that bird poo can be extremely difficult to remove especially if it has been in for a few days. So that was not my issue with the quality of the wash. However my issue was the state my rims were left in. Previously the rims were sprayed with traffic remover and then brushed, that as well as going through the car wash would leave them nice and clean.
My rims are not clean they are still filthy. I do not understand why the standards have fallen here. The last time I used this car wash I had the same issue with dirty rims, but I thought it would just be a one off. Unfortunately that is not the case.
The gentleman who attended to me, was pleasant and polite.

Vehicle still dirty, pressure washer not working for pre-wash.
I haven't used the drive through imo carwash in a while. Thought I'd give it another try but the pressure washer wasn't working for the pre-wash. Because of this the machine wash didn't remove the bird droppings that were on the vehicle. I then had to clean the vehicle myself as the soggy droppings slid down the vehicle.

Don’t bother with Ultra HD
I paid for ultra hd but wasn’t impressed. Car still and dirt on the sides and marks were still on the bonnet. I’ve seen it look better from a cheap petrol station wash. Won’t pay for the expensive one again

The pre wash was awful as the man only…
The pre wash was awful as the man only done half the car then couldn’t be bothered. Then after the actual car wash my, my wheels wasn’t clean and the rear window looked liked it never got cleaned.
