I paid for the top service which they said they didnt have as I wanted a ceramic coating, fine. But my car was still dirty when it left yet there were cars there being hand cleaned really nicely, felt a bit sad with the service tbh.

£18 for CeramicXTR wash so I expected a premium finish. Sadly I was disappointed given the cost of it.
The attended prewash was very quick. Upon entering the wash, the foam solution only covered my car on one side.
It was the same when I got to the CeramicXTR, drivers side seemed to have a better covering than the passenger side.
The most disappointing part was leaving the wash at the green light, only to find my car was still very wet. The dryer didnt do a good job, and even despite the Ceramic coating the car was covered in water down all door panels, sills, roof and the entire rear portion of the car.

Doesn't wash vehicle properly
Didn't wash my vehicle properly , still stains on windows , dirt still on doors and when i approached staff they were rude and aggressive and told me it's not a hand car wash so it wouldn't get my vehicle completely clean !!!! Certainly won't return
