The staff is helpful, and the automated wash is so quick. Sometimes you will get the odd issue with the app not updating straight away but other than that all pretty straightforward

The extra cleaning was done but a bit effort time would have cleaned just a bit better. Perhaps I will go back to all automatic car wash and do the extra cleaning myself.

Unfortunately

Unfortunately, the water used to wash the cars is not clean. My car looked clean afterwards, but there were water spots all over it that had dried and left behind limescale.

Closed with no explanation!

Arrived on Monday morning, having made a special trip (and pre-purchased a wash) only to find it was closed for maintenance! Two workers were vacuuming cars next to the wash but neither came to explain what had happened. Really disappointing, a complete waste of time and would definitely make me think twice about using this car wash again in future.
