Quick wash good service

This is a good, quick service. Staff are always pleasant and polite. Love it when they have a money saving offer on.

It’s convenient, especially the location and the ability to book and pay using the app. Staff were friendly and worked through the line of cars efficiently. However, spots of dirt were still left on the windscreen after going through the wash. Also, the alloy wheels were still covered in brake dust, so perhaps more prewash was needed?

My car was treated nice. They squirted on it a few times while waiting in the queue for the car wash.

The guy who washes your windows and wheels is always polite and helpful. The area is always clean and tidy and the wash is reasonably priced there are prices to suit everyone’s pocket. The car wash is efficient and does a good job

Does not dry at all leaving water marks all over the car. A member of staff should be drying off the cars as the machine is useless
Very expensive very poor car wash

Only washed half the boot of the car. For £11 it nearly came out as dirty as it went in. I have used the car wash a few times now and its very hit and miss what sort of wash you will get

It was a great experience as always but this last time was the best! My car looked better than ever. I have been meaning to get my car washed and the inside detailed for a couple of weeks, as I have two dogs and their hair gets everywhere. I don’t think I found I single dog hair in my car and it gave me such a great feeling! The staff is always friendly and smiling and go the extra mile to ensure as a customer I know my car is in good hands!

My car was really dirty, I hadn't tried am automatic car wash company before...there is a branch of IMO located close to me so I decided to give it go...I downloaded the app first...easy to use and got some great discounted offers...I pre paid on the app...I chose an Ultra HD wash however there are a number of different washes available to suit all budgets and needs... on arrival the set up was clearly marked, the attendant was really helpful and scanned my app..he manually applied cleaning solution and hosed down my car then guided me through the automated wash process...the whole process was quick, hassle free and my car and alloys came out looking like showroom new..I will definitely use the service again, it's so easy to get your car clean in minutes, the IMO app has offers and a reward scheme offering discount vouchers and a free wash on your 6th visit..I was very impressed and would definitely recommend IMO as a quick, competitively priced, safe and efficient way to get your car looking showroom new 👍

Overall, it was a good experience. The machine car wash did a great job, and my car came out nice and clean.

The only issue was that the light at the end of the wash wasn’t working, so it wasn’t very clear when the wash had finished and when it was safe to drive out. Once that light is repaired, the experience will be even better

Crap. Didn’t remove all the dirt off the car having paid for the Ceramic XTR. Took it back round to show them & they jet washed it again but wouldn’t then allow me back through the machine to get the wax applied. Even after I showed them where the dirt was they weren’t that fussed that try & clean it. The pre wash was lip service & I could have done better with the garden hose. Won’t be going back.

Like that you can book and pay for the car wash on the downloaded app in advance. Easy to scroll through the various options available. Made life easier just turning up at the car wash and showing your QR code. Staff advised what to do. Car was washed really well. No complaints
