Quick and efficient. Left car gleaming. Looked great until a bird got it as soon as I parked at home !

There was a queue when arrived but it did not seem that I had to wait too long.
I had also managed to book my wash on the app, which was easy to use.
Plenty of choices of washes.

The staff were friendly snd the car wash washed the car

Fairly busy but got through easily.

Doesn’t do a very good job of the wheels. Car was car was very clean and dried perfectly.

Bought a car wash when they were open midday no one turned up to help waste of money also called the business went straight to voicemails! Haven’t received a refund and no one has reached out.

Absolutely awful service! I paid for the wash on my app, but was shouted at by the attendant! He told me I couldn’t use the voucher, that they only do cash or card! He was incredibly angru and rude towards me. I absolutely won’t be back.

Fast, efficient and friendly

Bad customer service. No subscription cancelled. Email sent two weeks ago. Still nothing.

It was closed when arrived so could get car washed.

It was my first time using you, and I wouldn’t go back. I was terrified. The man was shouting at me, and because of the language barrier I wasn’t sure what he was asking me to do. He was pointing at pictures, but by that point I felt so overwhelmed that I couldn’t really process what he was trying to explain.

He told me to stop braking, but I wasn’t braking. Then he came over, and I’m not sure what happened or if I had done something wrong. He said he was getting wet and that I had blown his head. I’m honestly not sure what he meant.

The actually car wash was excellent and my car looked amazing but I wouldn’t go back to anyone that involved people now.

They did a really thorough job power washing prior to entering the car wash. My car was filthy! I went for the Rain Guard, and it’s working brilliantly (just wish it would stop raining…).

The parts of the car that are cleaned come up nice but so many bits of the car is missed which for the high price they charge isnt really acceptable, the hand prewash if you can call it that is very rushed also.

Pre paid on the app and it listed what you get. I pulled in for the wash, no issue showing QR code but then the gentleman said, only water, nothing else.
He quickly jet washed a bit of the car and put me through the wash. On the app it said the attendant would :
The attendant will apply an intensive cleaner to areas of stubborn stains on your vehicle wheels, bodywork and windscreen, jet wash areas to remove loose surface dirt, and treat areas with a shampoo applied with a soft hog hair brush.
This did not happen. It was a very quick jet washed with the hose, no brush, no shampoo. Disappointed.

Quick easy service and friendly staff and great price with offers

The car wash used to use some strong wheel cleaner and now only uses active foam. The difference in results is huge and the weels are newer clean as before.

I normaly use the one in torquay and its great this time i used exeter and my paint work was cuvered in swirles was not happy had to go home and put a coating on to remove them a lot of time in my day wasted

Never been before simple to use no fuss staff polite and efficient.

Not the best. The system to use the car wash is fine, but near the end of the wash I was being dragged forward by the under car machine and had to brake to stop being dragged into the car in front. The chap running the car wash calmly came out and stopped the machine but if I wasn't alert I'd have had an accident. The car in front then left and I was a bit uneasy about someone perhaps being dragged into the back of me so I left a little early and the car wash missed a section on the rear of my car. All in all a bit of a mess up really and felt short changed.

Worthless, my car came with same dirt marks everywhere, I had to walk them off myself.
