Booked a titanium wash and dust still visible on black alloy spokes. Felt like I was being rushed through - no customer service of any kind no polite “hello”. As I was guided onto the conveyor system there was a clunk from the front right of my car and the attendant just winced and seemed to ignore this. No damage appears to have been present but this really unnerved me until I’d checked. Very disappointed.

Nowhere near as good as it used to be!!!
I was eager to get my car washed but really disappointed when hardly any prewash was done. The wheels were jet washed and the back end a little as i went in to the actual wash but nothing else. It used to be so much better, with much more care and effort made.

Used the app for a quicker experience but when I got to the front ready to go through, the wash attendant didn't believe that I'd payed on the app and it didn't show on the app that I'd paid had to go into my banking app to prove that I'd actually paid

The staff were pleasant and friendly but the indicator boards that highlight what wash you are receiving did not appear to be working so I wasn’t sure I was receiving the correct service

Paid for top wash poor value
Paid for top wash, wheels still dirty, most of the vehicle needed to be wiped over to get rid of liads of missed dirt n grime. Stopped using this car wash for this reason used again for convenience. Id rather save my £20 and leave it dirty.
