Despite the long queue, as this outlet is very popular, we got through very quickly, proficiently & professionally. Thank you . Very friendly staff & excellent service as usual .

During my visit, while still inside the car wash machine and approaching the drying section, I noticed that my left wing mirror had folded. When attempting to correct it, I accidentally pressed the button that opens the boot. To prevent any damage, I immediately put my car in park to ensure the boot would not hit the dryer above. Unsure whether it was safe to exit the vehicle, I asked a member of staff to assist by pressing the button from outside.
After managing to step out, the manager or team leader approached and made the following comment: "Why did you open the boot?" I responded, "What kind of a stupid question is that? Do you really think I would purposely press the button while stuck inside the machine?" He then walked away without saying anything further.
Once outside, I requested to speak to the manager, only to discover that the same individual was in fact the person in charge. I then asked for a dry cloth to remove the remaining water marks on my car, as the machine had stopped mid‑cycle. When I opened my door, an assistant informed me that the cloth provided was only for the exterior and that he could not give me one for the interior. I reminded him that my car had not been fully dried due to the interruption, but he repeated the same refusal. I explained that if I were paying for a full valet, the cloth would be used inside the car, yet he still declined.
This entire interaction demonstrated poor customer service, lack of professionalism, and no willingness to assist a customer in a difficult situation. As Beckton is my nearest IMO car wash, I am extremely disappointed by the experience.

Had the ultra HD wash on my reasonably clean care. After the wash had finished I still needed to clean my wheels and re-clean parts of the car l. The left side of the car was not cleaned properly and it seemed the that the brushes and equipment on the left were not as good as on the right hand side.

No communication and despite paying more for a better clean there was still marks from flies on the front of the car

Waxy water marks all over the car and windows and the staff were more interested in chatting to each other than pay attention to the customers

We have used imo for a few years over the last year the standard of products and end result has gone down so will be looking elsewhere in future

Pre paid via the app. When arrived, the operator apparently tried to scan the Qcode and said it wasn’t working. “Only £5 , you pay cash” several times. Told him I don’t carry cash. When I said I would have to reverse out, his scanning machine suddenly started working. I definitely did not get the wash I had paid for. Think it was a scam.

Staff were superb, wash looked great. Stubborn bird poop on front corner didn’t move - but I should have soaked that before hand.

No queue, straight through. Looking great 😎

EXCELLENCE IN SERVICE + KINDNESS

We had a wonderful experience at IMO Car Wash. This was our first visit, but certainly not our last.

What impressed us most was the exceptional customer service. One of the employees — possibly the manager — went well beyond what we would normally expect. We had a bike carrier mounted on the back of our Audi, and he kindly helped us remove it before entering the wash. He then carried it to a safe spot on the grass while we went through the wash.

When we came out, he brought it back to the car and carefully secured it onto the trailer hitch for us.

It may seem like a small gesture, but this kind of thoughtful, proactive service makes a tremendous impression. He was friendly, attentive, and genuinely helpful — exactly the kind of person you want representing a customer-focused business.

Having experienced our share of indifferent service in Germany, it was especially refreshing to encounter someone who clearly understands what good customer service looks like.

The car wash itself was excellent, but it was the **people and the service** that made this visit stand out.

A sincere thank you to the gentleman who helped us. You represented IMO Car Wash extremely well.

Paid for one of the top packages. Have a black car so easy to notice when things aren’t right
Water marks all over the passenger side which was there before we used the car wash and didn’t wash off.

Excellent pre wash and staff professional.
