The machine stopped half way through the procedure and the car was all soapy when I left the car wash.

I probably wouldn't go back just because the guy who cleaned my car was argumentative and hard to deal with. I'd never been there before and apparently I stopped for ages (2 minutes) in the wrong place, despite it being to the side and there was a massive space to pass. He was asking me to do things to my car which was necessary but ended up messing with my controls despite me telling him they weren't where he thought they were.

Attendant seemed put out that I completed my transaction online. Wheels were still dirty upon leaving. And there were still areas that hadn’t been cleaned. It was ok.

Haven’t used a car wash in a long while, but as we’re going through a hosepipe ban and saw it was still open I thought I’d give it a go. The car didn’t come out that clean to be honest. You state the car receives a hand wash, but is just dampened down with a jet wash no soap and then sent through the car wash it self. I appreciate the car wash may not remove all bugs marks and stubborn bits but it didn’t seem to remove any really. Apart from that the staff were friendly, just thought the final result would’ve been better.

As always courteous, polite and thorough, car went in dirty and emerged shiny and clean. Good value for money and love the app.
On hot dry days it is imperative you carry a chamois and wipe your windows and mirrors down before leaving if you don’t want a streaky finish.

I received just 1 coin for the vacuum cleaner so that I could not finish vacuum cleaning my car. The tap was far away from the place where i can vacuum clean my car.

Bought the top wash at the Birkenhead branch for £18. When finished the sills and wheels where still really dirty and the seagull dung was still on the roof of the car , took it to a hand car wash around the corner and 5 minutes later it was pristine clean and dried thoroughly!
Won't be using imo again unfortunately. I will say the Staff where friendly enough.

Arrived due to the offer price at £5 , one car in front of me and one being vacuumed out. No recognition of there being a cue and no urgency to deal with two customers waiting.

Easy Scan and Pay, loved it.
Pre wash and employee guidance was also fine, the process is very clear.
4 star only becaus the car was not very clean after the wash. for lesser money it can be cleaner with other manual self service car washes around but when you choose full automation than you expect better results.

Fast and clean service, very good value for money too!
