The pre-wash was not done properly
The pre-wash was not done properly; only a water jet was used. Neither tarmac softener nor even soap was applied. I paid for the ceramic XTR, but I'm unsure if I actually received it. They seem to press the same button repeatedly, and the light panel that shows which service has just been performed was, once again, not working.

Poor Signage - a con
We were unable to enter the car wash . We had bike racks on the roof - we had paid using the QR code before we got to the signs. The attendant said we couldn’t go through & said he couldn’t give a £18:50 refund.
We have never been through one of these before so not sure how we would know.

Was over charged , scanned the code so my wash should have been £7.60 was charged on my credit card £7.60 plus there was another charge for £1.00

Very poor. Parent company and franchisee are not on the same page when it comes to max size of vehicles permitted!
Checked dimensions of my standard VW T6. Checked the local Imo car wash as to whether it fits or not. Double checked online. Downloaded the app. Purchased a HD wash. Drove up there to be greated by the attendant telling us that it does not fit. I told him we had paid already amd asked for a refund. No. It is with the main company. Told him that their website said van fits. I was then told to take it through, but any damage is my responsibility and it is only this time, not to come back! I questioned why the main company says one thing and they said another! Did not inspire confidence in using it. It did fit, but will not be using IMO again!
