Your service speed is extremely good, and in that regard there is no issue at all. However, there are two significant problems.
First, the parking area and vehicle cleaning organization are very insufficient. It is almost impossible to find a place to park.
Second, the vehicle drying system is quite weak. The cars do not dry properly. This could perhaps be improved either by extending the drying time or by making a technical upgrade, such as adding an additional drying unit.
Another important issue is that the same brushes used to clean the wheels and rims are also used on the car body. This is not appropriate and may cause scratches on the vehicle. A different solution could be developed, or separate personnel could be assigned for this task.
At the moment, it seems that the operation is completely cost-focused. Honestly, I do not think I would come again under these conditions.
