Car wash 25/8/26
After leaving the car wash to check quality the rear windscreen was only partially clean (this was not the fault of the machine) this was the guys do the pre wash with the brush there was a huge area still dry, dusty and cobwebs under my rear windshield. They usually do a cracking job with the brush to ensure all the unreachable bits by the machine are covered , disappointing when I paid for the ultra HD package!

Car was not rinsed properly and left cloudy water spots on windows and paintwork. Having paid £19 for the ceramic wash, this was not good .

Always the same
Always the same. Doesn’t matter which location. I always buy the ceramic wash hoping that the alloys will actually be taken care of. They never are. Third time after using an IMO where I’ve had to go back and clean them myself. I will not be using again.

When I was booking I don't recall…
When I was booking I don't recall anywhere reading about the issue of roof bars, so when I arrived I only had a hand wash, so I am not sure I got what I paid for. When I pulled over there were parts of the car that weren't clean. Won't be using again.

Didn't like the way says don't touch brakes dryer will move near the end it was getting so close to my window screen I did tapp my brakes

Nit impressed at all this time
We used this car wash in June and everything was fine. Yesterday we went back and decided to go for the Diamond wax, we ended up with streaks left all over the car, looks like the wax just didn't get cleaned off in the wash, when we got home we had to wash and wax thr car again to get rid of the streaks and the car wash itself was too harsh for the front windscreen top part and took alot of the black off and I was left with something that noe needs rubbing down and sorting out. So disappointed this time as selling the car this week and it looked awful.

Car always looks great after an ultra…
Car always looks great after an ultra wash, only reason for 4 stars is that the drying section does leave a lot of water on the car and doesn’t dry the wing mirrors leaving potential water marks to build up - I am a consistent happy user, who just gives the car a quick run over with a clean cloth afterwards

Didn’t clean windscreen well
Paid for full wax the windscreen was still dirty wish bug splats and bird mess. Also still dirt not fully removed form body. Asked for clean inside and told I had to wait 40min. Not worth it.
