Paid before I went in and got discount but nothing to dry the car with as you exit. Had loads of water on the car.

Child was not very happy with the water and the soap bec7ase it was a terrifying experience

Left streak marks and dirt all over the car, was worse than when it went in. Had to go to a hand car wash after to get it sorted. Awful

Booked the so-called ceramic XTR service, but I’m really disappointed. They just put the car through an automatic machine wash and returned it with water marks all over the body. There was no interior cleaning at all. It felt like a rushed job with very little care taken. Definitely not the quality I was expecting, and I wouldn’t recommend this service.

Chose ceramic xtr wash... didnt feel like car was any cleaner than a standard wash...

Great clean for the price, massive queue and only 1 person working

Generally a good experience, quick, convenient, good price but not the best wash. Without a sponge going over it by hand, bird droppings don't get cleaned off and more stubborn marks remain. Not as good as a hand car wash but ok for a machine.

I won’t be using again.
Firstly, I brought an Ultra HD. No pre wash on the car apart from a quick jet. No soap. Yet the cars in front of me did. Heard crunching as it went through. Checked alloys once I got out and the driver rear alloy is damaged in the centre, quite heavily. I can’t prove it happened in there so no point speaking to them about it, they would just deny it happened there.

Definitely won’t use ever again.

Absolutely brilliant. Took advantage of the ceramic deal for £5. Perfect customer service and a great clean car!

Liked: The speed, the price, and the quality of clean

Didn't like: the operative was rude and unfriendly. I found it difficult to position the wheels on my car on the track and accidentally put my foot on the brake. Instead of explaining patiently that I needed to take my foot off the brake, he just shouted at me, 'brake', 'brake'. Without any other explanation. At one point, he leaned inside the car without asking, which was very frightening, and grabbed the steering wheel aggressively to get my wheels on the track. Had he explained quietly and patiently, I would have been able to do it myself. He was not friendly, did not greet me politely or professionally, and seemed angry and uncommunicative with me throughout the process. I will not be using this facility again and will advise friends not to use it. I will also write this other review boards to warn other women about this service, particularly the invasion of my interior car space.

Very good catwash wirh good prices. But the hoovers often dont work

Car body good but wheels still grubby

They did a great job with the prep before the wash, the wax coating at the end really makes my metallic blue paint pop. Very happy with the result, I will most certainly be back.
