Staff were polite enough. I pre paid in the app which was really helpful. I hadn’t had a chance to put my car in neutral before the belt started moving which made me panic a bit. Good wash and service other than that though.

Your manual car wash assistant damaged my car with their power washer.

This is the second time I have had my car washed at this site, and my experience was the same as the first. The blower and moving "towels" at the end doesn't dry the car properly, and whatever is used to rinse the car prior obviously isn't clear because by the time I got home the car was covered in white streaks where it had dried during driving. Although a bit shinier, the car was still technically as dirty after the wash as it was before I went in, due to these residue streaks (my car is black so I guess the white does stand out more. I've had two different washes now, the first was the most expensive Ceramic XTR and this time the Ultra HD, the results were the same, not great.

The staff were great and very helpful, but the quality of the wash not so much.

The car wash does not dry properly smears and dry blotches all over your paintwork meaning the car looks just as Dirty afterwards as it did before it went in. What it really needs for somebody to be there to dry it down afterwards to avoid this from happening a waste of money over priced .

The operator was on his own, but went the distance to give my car the thorough wash it needed. Very professional and a credit to the firm.

Not great, the wheels weren’t cleaned properly and there is specific mention of the attention to the wheels.

I stopped using this car wash a while ago as the staff were rude and didn’t do a great job. Don’t think I’ll be returning.

Easy to pay online, great customer service and great clean.

It's nice and efficient if there's a short queue. The wash is ok but the drying doesn't do a great job and by the time I was back home there was wet dirty watermarks everywhere.

I had an excellent experience at this car wash. The staff were very friendly, professional, and extremely helpful from start to finish. They cleaned my car both inside and out very quickly, and it was left absolutely spotless.
I had some stubborn stains on the back seats that other valet services couldn’t remove before, but the team here managed to get rid of them completely. They even took the time to explain what type of cleaning solution they used and how they treated the stains.

I’m really impressed with the quality of the service and the attention to detail. Highly recommended!

Very attentive and professional service, my car always looks great after visiting IMO in Kidlington!
The only complaint is that the left hand "wheel scrubber" has been out of action for many months, aren't you able to fix it? It means that I need to use a microfibre cloth to clean the stubborn dirt off those wheels. Please get this sorted guys. Apart from that small moan, excellent service!

This is second time I got disappointed with the service at Kidlington IMO car wash. The dryer still not working, even though staff told it is working before the wash. Not happy.

Unfortunately, having downloaded the app and prepaid, my nearest and usually excellent car wash was closed for maintenance.

Not been for a while as washes had been a bit hit and miss, but this time it was a very good wash!

This was my first time going to a car wash.
And I must say it was very easy to pay online.
And the wash once I was lined up went very quickly.
Will definitely go back. Well done IMO
