Generally pleased only real disappointment is that the drying system cannot cope with rear window spoiler, leaving the window itself pretty grubby.

Very poor experience
The pre-clean appeared to be not a thorough as usual. Direction on to the rail was poor resulting in not getting lined up properly. Car wash then stopped and they couldn’t get started again, ended up hand drying! All in all not a good wash and took 4 times as long!

Always quick and polite
Always quick and polite. But on the pre wash they used to spray something on the car bodywork and then jet-wash it off before the main auto-mated wash. It is not done anymore. WHY?
