The gentleman at the premises was very helpful and patient as I wasn't sure what I was to do. I'm very happy with how clean my car was and did not have to go over any parts, which I've had to do at some manual car washes in the past.

Broke my fuel cover
The guy doing the pre wash opened my fuel cover (not cap) to wash around the fuel cap area... He left it open as he hadn't shut it properly. It came off during the wash inside the wash machine. When I told him my cover was missing he went in to retrieve it and told me I was lucky. He also said that it must of been stuck down with tape. I've never stuck anything down with tape 8n my car and what makes me lucky??? Will never go back... Im stuck with a scraped cover that now does stay on properly will be £36 out of pocket getting another one.

The wash I attended was a beautiful location (wow), the elderly attendant was beyond thorough with exterior pre-wash. He even flushed out a long lost car key inside wipers box, missing for two years and missed by every other person who has washed my car!!!!! Amazing. He needs a huge Christmas bonus!!!!!!
