Paid for an “Ulta HD”
Paid for an “Ulta HD”, but when finishing the “rain guard” sign was flashing, so not sure which level I got. When I got home, found the whole back of the car was covered on a glue like substance. Had to use a tar remover to shift it. Ended up then having to polish the entire car by hand again. Next time just have the eco wash and do the rest yourself.

Car wash and Attendants brilliant
Service brilliant, staff brilliant, very helpful, app not so good. Downloaded the App paid for 2 washes.on separate days via QR code, neither one was added to wallet towards a free wash, so App deleted and will vary my use of car washes in the Town, no good being loyal if no reward.

Was quick and easy but car was still about dirty but having said that I didn't pay alot for what I got. It was slightly scary going into the wash following another car and there was a car behind that seemed close which put me on edge but the chap was lovely and great how you can just scan and pay without any fuss.

Smooth process, guided along the way. Nice preparation & finish. App helpful. Option for price/wash types. Would like to see reward stamps for all wash visits as multi purchase options didn’t allow reward stamps.
