WORST EXPERIENCE
Hi IMO Team,
I am writing to formally complain regarding a pre-paid bundle I purchased via your app on 12th April 2025.
Purchase Details: Item: Pre-Paid Triple Foam (6x Bundle) Amount Paid: $91.00
Transaction ID: pi_3RCwbwAeGyMHn6iO1nj00gtm
To date, I have only utilized one of the six vouchers. However, the app is incorrectly showing 0/6 vouchers remaining. I have attempted to use the service multiple times, only to be turned away because the app does not reflect my true balance.
This is highly frustrating and constitutes a failure to provide services already paid for. I am requesting that the remaining 5 vouchers be reinstated immediately, along with a gesture of goodwill/compensation for the multiple wasted trips and time spent trying to resolve this.
I would like this resolved within 7 business days**. If the matter is not rectified, I will be forced to escalate this to the ACCC and Consumer Protection under the Australian Consumer Law regarding misleading conduct and undelivered services.

I did the XR clean, just terrible. The guy just cleaned my front rims only, just quickly splashed the pressure washer around the whole car. The car wasn't really that dirty now the window are smudgy yellow fly shit hasn't washed off and the water marks once the car has dried is terrible. They used to be a good car wash place unfortunately the services has rapidly declined
